Zeno is an ERP-style workspace for operators. Different teams can work in different modules, but they all share one Inbox, one contact layer, one document library, and one set of books underneath everything. Drop a document into the Inbox and it’s read, routed, and staged for review. From the same app you handle module work, assign tasks, message teammates, send emails, and keep the books current without re-entering the same data in separate systems. Zeno ERP Architecture

Modules

Each organization enables the operational modules it needs. Books is always on. Together they share the same workspace.

Rental

Properties, tenants, leases, rent invoices, and tenant payments.

Development

Unit sales to buyers, milestone-based payment schedules, and project vendor costs.

Contractor

Customer jobs, estimates, invoices, and vendor bills for contracting work.

Practice

Recurring client service work, engagements, invoices, and collections.

Expenses

Employee receipts, company cards, and statement reconciliation.

Budgeting

Forecasts, a rolling cash-flow projection, and debt payoff against the live ledger.

Campaigns

Email newsletters your AI writes from your style guide, sent only after you approve.

Books

Chart of accounts, bank feeds, transaction review, and vendor rules.
See Modules for the full directory and how the shared workspace fits around it.

Shared workspace

  • Inbox — one place to upload every document. AI classifies, extracts, and routes it to the right module.
  • AI Bookkeeper — ask questions and record simple transactions through chat.
  • Zeno in Claude — the same books from Claude Desktop or Claude Code, working as you. Included in every plan.
  • Contacts — every tenant, buyer, customer, and vendor in one list.
  • Tasks — work tracking, recurring tasks, notes, and assignments.
  • Reports — balances, aging, cash flow, expense reporting, and a custom Report Builder.
  • Chat — internal team messaging inside the app.
  • Emails — shared email threads tied to records.
  • Document Center — search filed documents across every module.
  • Live sync — changes by you or a teammate appear everywhere without refresh.
  • Audit log — every create, edit, and delete is recorded with the user and timestamp.

Getting around

The sidebar shows the current module. Switch modules from the mode pills in the top bar. Inside each module, the exact labels vary, but the layout follows a stable pattern: Inbox, Chat, Reports, Contacts, Documents, Emails, Audit Log, and Settings are shared surfaces reachable from every module.
