Campaigns → Images & documents holds two different kinds of file. Images are photos, logos, and artwork that appear in your emails. Flyers and documents are source material: your AI reads them and rebuilds their words as real email text.

Adding an image

Drop a file on the Images area, or click it to pick one. Use PNG, JPEG, GIF, or WebP, up to 15 MB. PNG and JPEG files are compressed for email on upload. Then ask your AI to put it in the campaign. Each image card also has Copy link if you want its address. Anyone who has the email can see its images, so an image stays up once it’s been sent. There’s no way to delete one. That’s on purpose: sent mail keeps pointing at its images, and deleting one would leave a broken picture in every inbox that has it.

Adding an image through your AI

An image you paste into a chat with your AI doesn’t reach Zeno on its own. Your AI gives you a link to the upload page, you drop the image there, and it places the new image in the email. Your AI can upload small files it holds itself (up to 1 MB); anything larger goes through the upload page.

Replacing an image

Click Replace on an image’s card and pick the new file. Zeno asks you to confirm before anything changes. Click Replace again to go ahead, or Cancel. The new picture goes in under the same address, so every email that shows the image loads the new picture from then on, including emails already sent. Use it to fix a typo in a graphic, swap in a better photo, or correct a logo. Three limits:
  • Use a picture of the same thing, in the same shape. The description and layout around an image can’t change in mail that’s already sent. A tall picture in place of a wide one, or a different subject, reads wrong under the old alt text.
  • Someone who already opened the email can keep seeing the old picture for a while. Mail clients and Gmail keep their own copies of images.
  • Replacing isn’t undoable from the app. To go back, replace the image again with the original file.

Turning a flyer into a newsletter

A flyer, poster, PDF, Word document, or slide deck is source material, not the email. Upload it under Flyers and documents: an image, PDF, Word, or PowerPoint file, up to 25 MB each. These files stay private. Then ask your AI to build the issue from it, for example “Turn the spring fair flyer into this month’s newsletter.” It rebuilds the words as real headings, text, event cards with date, time, and place, and buttons for links and RSVPs, then applies your style guide. Only genuine photos, logos, and artwork stay as pictures, cut out of the page. Those cut-outs join the image library; the original file doesn’t. The AI shows you the preview and says what it rebuilt as text and what it kept as images. If a file is too blurry or mostly artwork, it says what it couldn’t read and asks for the original or a sharper export rather than guessing at dates or links. A whole flyer pasted in as one picture is unreadable with images turned off, invisible to screen readers, and hard to read on a phone, so your AI doesn’t do it unless you ask for a small thumbnail. When an issue looks like a picture of a flyer, its checks ask a person to confirm it before it sends.
