The Vendor Portal is a secure, token-based page you send to a vendor when you need compliance documents. It is primarily used for contractor and vendor compliance workflows. Vendor Portal and Compliance Flow

What vendors can do

From the portal link, a vendor can:
  • confirm or update contact information
  • review which compliance documents are already on file
  • upload missing documents such as W-9, COI, and workers’ comp

How it starts

You send the request. From a vendor record, click Request Docs to email that vendor a portal link; from the vendors list, select vendors and click Request Docs (N) to email several at once. The bulk confirmation dialog is titled Request Compliance Documents. Each email lists the missing documents (W-9, COI, workers’ comp) and includes a unique link tied to that vendor. Links expire 30 days after the email is sent. Sending a new request refreshes the token.

What happens after upload

Uploaded files enter Zeno for review and become part of the vendor’s compliance record. Your team verifies the submission and continues the vendor’s onboarding or compliance workflow from there.
