Shared workspace
- Inbox — one place to upload every document. AI classifies, extracts, and routes it to the right module.
- AI Bookkeeper — ask questions and record simple transactions through chat.
- Zeno in Claude — the same books from Claude Desktop or Claude Code, working as you. Included in every plan.
- Contacts — every tenant, buyer, customer, and vendor in one list.
- Tasks — work tracking, recurring tasks, notes, and assignments.
- Reports — balances, aging, cash flow, expense reporting, and a custom Report Builder.
- Chat — internal team messaging inside the app.
- Emails — shared email threads tied to records.
- Document Center — search filed documents across every module.
- Live sync — changes by you or a teammate appear everywhere without refresh.
- Audit log — every create, edit, and delete is recorded with the user and timestamp.
Getting around
The sidebar shows the current module. Switch modules from the mode pills in the top bar. Inside each module, the exact labels vary, but the layout follows a stable pattern:
Inbox, Chat, Reports, Contacts, Documents, Emails, Audit Log, and Settings are shared surfaces reachable from every module.
