What's coming in March 2026

Full rent invoicing goes live March 1, plus the construction unit sales module and AI-parsed construction expenses after it.

Roadmap

March is when ZenoRent becomes the system of record for your rent cycle. Here’s what lands over the next few weeks.

March 1: rent invoicing and payments

Starting March 1, rent invoices and payments are created and managed in ZenoRent and pushed to QuickBooks through the transaction queue.

  • ZenoRent becomes the system of record for the rent cycle
  • QuickBooks stays in sync automatically, with no manual entry
  • Invoices created in ZenoRent appear in QB within minutes
  • Payments recorded in ZenoRent flow through to QB with their application details

That removes the dual-entry step where the same invoice gets keyed twice.

Construction unit sales

We’re building out the construction project tracking module for real estate development:

  • Buyer management with contact info, alternate names, and payer entities
  • Flexible pricing: purchase price, contract price, amended price, and additional charges
  • Milestone-based payment schedules tied to construction phases
  • Discrepancy tracking between scheduled and actual payments
  • Document management for contracts, promissory notes, mortgages, and shtars

The module tracks multiple buyers, multiple units, and multiple payment entities across a project, with the same audit trail and QuickBooks integration as the rental side.

Expense reporting, after that

Rental properties

Property managers submit expenses through ZenoRent. Each expense goes through review and approval, and once approved it posts to the correct QB company file. No chasing receipts, no keying vendor bills by hand.

Construction

Construction expenses are the harder case: contractor invoices, material receipts, change orders. Upload the document and AI parses it, pulling out vendor details, line items, and amounts, then prepares the transaction for recording.

The original document is saved to the server, where it stays searchable and linked to its transaction in QB. Volume and irregular formats are what make construction paperwork expensive to process by hand, and what make it worth handing to a parser.
