# Emails

> Shared email threads tied to customers, vendors, and records in Zeno.

Emails is the shared inbox for outbound and inbound email threads tracked by Zeno. Use it to see what's been sent, what got a reply, and which record the conversation belongs to.

## Where it lives

Open **Emails** from **More** in the sidebar. It is available across modules.

## Folders

* **Inbox** — incoming threads, grouped by conversation
* **Outbox** — outgoing messages queued for send
* **Sent** — delivered messages
* **Templates** — reusable email bodies you can drop into a compose form

## Inbox

The inbox shows conversation threads, not individual messages. Each row includes:

* **Contact** — sender name (or contact role if unknown)
* **Subject**
* **Unread status**
* **Message count**
* **Linked entity** type
* **Last activity date**

Filter by read status, search by content, and open any thread to read the full conversation.

## What shows up here

Threads here include:

* estimate and invoice emails
* vendor compliance emails
* customer and vendor follow-up threads

Email history also appears on related records; **Emails** is the global list.
