# Contacts

> Every tenant, buyer, customer, and vendor in one searchable list.

The **Contacts** page (under More in the sidebar) lists every contact Zeno knows about, regardless of which module they belong to.

## The list

Columns: Name, Role, Linked, Records, Last Activity, Phone, Email. Each role has a color badge — Tenant, Buyer, Customer, Vendor, Contractor, Supplier, Labor, Employee — so you can scan for the type you want.

Filters: search by name, contact, phone, or email; then narrow by Module, Role, Shop, Property, or Project. Sort by name, type, or last activity. The list defaults to **Active in last 12 months**; clear that checkbox to include older contacts. Use the A–Z chips above the list to jump to a letter.

## Contact detail

Click a contact to open their profile: contact info, email history, transactions, and every property, project, or job they're linked to.

A single contact can have multiple roles — a vendor on one project can be a customer on another. Zeno keeps the relationships distinct so the contact's page shows both sides.
