# Manager.io

> Self-hosted accounting integration.

Manager.io is Zeno's self-hosted accounting integration. When it's connected, Zeno pushes customers, catalog items, and documents (invoices, estimates, payments) to Manager.io as you work.

## Setup

Configure it in **Settings → Integrations → Manager.io** with:

* **API URL**
* **API key**
* sync toggles for **customers**, **inventory items**, and **invoices**

If the Manager.io module is enabled, a **Manager.io** link also appears under **More** in the sidebar.

## Manual sync tools

When connected, the settings page also exposes manual sync actions for:

* **Customers**
* **Catalog Items**
* **Accounts**

Each sync area shows the last sync time and the latest create/update counts.

## Sync status on documents

Records that sync to Manager.io show an indicator next to them:

* **(no icon)** — not synced
* **green check** — synced successfully
* **warning** — sync error (hover for the message)
