# Reports

> Delivery, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, and complaints for each campaign, down to each recipient

Every campaign that's gone out has an **Email report**. Open it with **View report** on **All campaigns**, or **Report** on the campaign's page. Your AI reads the same numbers, for example *"How did last week's newsletter do?"*

## The totals

| Metric | What it counts |
| - | - |
| **Sent** | Emails accepted for sending |
| **Delivered** | Emails the receiving server confirmed |
| **Opened** | Recipients who opened it at least once |
| **Clicked** | Recipients who clicked a link at least once |
| **Bounced** | Emails that bounced |
| **Unsubscribed** | Recipients who unsubscribed from it |
| **Spam complaints** | Recipients who marked it as spam |

Counts are unique recipients. Delivery and bounce rates are out of emails sent; open, click, unsubscribe, and complaint rates are out of confirmed deliveries, so rates fill in as delivery confirmations arrive.

Opens and clicks can include privacy tools and automated scanners. Some mail apps open every email automatically, so treat opens as an estimate.

The report counts whether each recipient clicked, not which link they clicked.

## Recipient activity

Below the totals, **Recipient activity** lists every recipient with their status, when it was sent and delivered, their first open and first click, and outcome details such as the bounce reason. Filter it to, for example, **Bounced**, **Suppressed**, **No recorded open**, or **Awaiting delivery confirmation**, and sort by email, sent time, first open, or first click.

Click **Export recipients CSV** to download the list.

## Subject-line tests

A campaign that tested two subjects also shows each subject's sent count, open rate, and click rate, and which one won. See [Sending and approval](https://zenorent.com/docs/campaigns/sending.md#testing-two-subject-lines).

## Past campaigns

**All campaigns** lists every issue with its status and headline numbers. Search, filter by status or date range, and click **Export history CSV** to download the list.
