# Rate cards, auto-pricing, and running the shop from a phone

> Per-shop rate cards that sync to GlassBiller, parts that auto-price from NAGS hours and carrier rules, a triage inbox for intake, mobile card layouts, and per-technician report PDFs.

When we launched the Glass module we said rate-card pricing was close behind. It's here, along with a batch of operational work for the shop owner who's standing in the bay rather than sitting at a desk.

## Rate cards, per shop

Every shop defines its own rate card: labor rates, material markups, and the rules that turn a part into a price. Set it up once in **Settings → Glass** and it syncs to GlassBiller, so the two systems quote the same number. Multi-shop operators can push a card to one location or apply it across all of them, and a change propagates instead of being hand-edited in five places.

## Parts price themselves from the card

Pull a part from the NAGS catalog and Zeno ERP prices it from your rate card and the NAGS labor hours, splitting materials and labor, with carrier and third-party-administrator rules applied where insurance dictates a different number. The job financials show tax, and hovering a figure reveals the section-level edits behind it when you need to override one. Pricing a job stops being arithmetic and becomes a review.

## A triage inbox for intake

Intake is a triage queue now: inbound conversations in one list with multi-select and bulk actions, count badges per tab, and the AI assistant's draft next to each thread. A morning's requests get worked as a sweep down the list.

## The screens a tech uses, on a phone

Auto-glass work happens on phones, so the Glass module got a mobile pass. Data tables collapse into card layouts, tabs scroll when they don't fit, and the screens a tech or service writer touches work one-handed. For the owner, there's a per-technician monthly job report as a PDF, rendered by a dedicated print service so it holds up when it's printed or emailed to someone.
